 Online Rehab and Performance Coaching

Part of the MCR vision is making canine rehabilitation accessible to everyone, everywhere, no matter where you live. That's why we offer online coaching to help owners and dogs around the world reach their performance and rehabilitation goals.
Carolyn's specialization is helping performance dogs and their owners achieve sport-specific results, as well as supporting dogs through injury management and return to sport. From winning ribbons in the conformation ring, to improving flyball times, to making tighter turns in agility, to safely returning a dog to the sport they love after injury — high quality movement is essential. A coaching approach that combines gait and posture analysis, performance review, and an individualized conditioning program will help you:
  • Understand your dog's individual strengths and weaknesses, including susceptible areas for injury and inefficient movement patterns
  • Clarify canine conditioning principles, from theory to technique, with the guidance of a canine rehabilitation professional
  • Follow an individualized program that reflects your dog's needs, supports your goals, and fits realistically into your schedule

Online Rehab and Performance Coaching  — minimum 3 sessions per package
Please note: coaching packages are non-refundable. Once your package is booked, professional time is reserved and case review and preparation begin in advance of your first session.

Each package includes:
  • Detailed review of your goals with your dog
  • Review of your dog's health, performance, and current or past injury history
  • Review of fitness exercises submitted by video
  • Gait and posture analysis — observing standing, sitting, and movement
  • Performance analysis — where your dog could be more efficient on course or in their sport
  • Access to our full Resource Library, including a combination of exercises (written and video demonstrations) and educational modules

What's included in our Zoom calls:
  • Live 1:1 coaching with recordings provided so you can revisit the discussion anytime
  • Injury management suggestions and return to sport guidance
  • A list of specific exercises chosen for your dog's needs, with guidance on where to find them in the Resource Library to review between calls
  • Direction to relevant educational modules to support your success with your dog and their plan
  • Clear focus areas based on your dog's weaknesses and our observations together
  • Discussion around injury prevention strategies, supplements, activity modification, and scheduling of fitness activities
  • Guidance on how to progress your exercises and overall program over time

On our Zoom calls we'll answer all your questions, work through any clarifications, review your videos to identify what's going well, what can be improved, and where to progress next.
Spots are limited based on current availability. Reserve your coaching package today.
